Dr. Vaidya has successfully performed a wide range of vitreo-retinal surgeries, including rhegmatogenous retinal detachments, complex recurrences, scleral fixated intraocular lens implantations, diabetic vitrectomies, and macular hole surgeries. His expertise also extends to surgeries for retinopathy of prematurity and complex post-traumatic cases involving intraocular foreign bodies.
His non-surgical experience includes over 1500 intravitreal injections, more than 1000 retinal laser photocoagulations, and over 1000 ophthalmic ultrasounds. He has also brought his surgical skills internationally to Lagos, Nigeria.
